Where's my vehicle?

The question every tracking company hears a hundred times a day. 247 Track lets the customer answer it themselves.

247 Track is the mobile app a tracking company gives its customers: every vehicle on a map, live location, trips, distance travelled, alerts, and remote commands.

What it does

  • All vehicles on one map, and each one live, with the marker moving as positions arrive.
  • Trip history for any date range, and distance travelled.
  • Remote commands: refresh the location, immobilise the engine, release it.
  • Alarm notifications, the service contract, and maintenance records.
  • 247 Track on Android in 2018: a customer's two vehicles, each with its last report, ignition, distance, heading and nearest landmark.

How it's built

  • Flutter for iPhone and Android, Google Maps, Firebase for notifications, crash reporting and analytics, and Hive for the saved session.
  • It talks to the tracking company's existing platform. The app's job is to make an older backend feel current, without changing the backend.

What I do on it

I built it, and it's been in both stores since September 2018. I still ship it: platform upgrades, store releases, and the slow work of keeping a long-lived app current.

What it led to

247 Track is where the idea for Pehra Pro came from. Working on it, I kept seeing how much better the whole tracking setup could be, not just the part on the phone.

So I started Pehra Pro from scratch, as an AI-native platform for fleet management and asset tracking. The two are separate products.
